Prior to Standard Title, Cameron worked with Tiger Real Estate, a Tampa Bay–based investment fund specializing in distressed assets, where he was involved in acquisitions and dispositions, fundraising, and title-related due diligence.
He also played a key role in scaling a direct-to-consumer company, helping drive over 700% revenue growth during his time with the business. He remains a silent partner and brings a strong operational and growth-oriented mindset to his work in real estate.
A St. Petersburg native, Cameron holds a degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.
Aaron Phillips

As the CEO of a direct-to-consumer company, he has led the business through significant expansion, achieving over 30x revenue growth while building scalable systems and high-performing teams.
At Standard Title & Escrow, Aaron is involved in a strategic capacity and plays an active role in business development, operational strategy, and driving overall growth.
Aaron lives in St. Petersburg with his wife and three children.

In 2020, Jim partnered with Cameron to co-found Standard Title & Escrow’s Florida operations.
Jim began his career in New England and has been involved in the growth and development of Standard Title across multiple markets.
He grew up in North Andover, Massachusetts, and later moved to St. Petersburg, Florida. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and received his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University, having also attended the University of Connecticut. Jim is admitted to the Massachusetts and Connecticut Bar.
